Abstract: Comprehensive renovation of old residential districts is a project which could benefit the country and the people.In 2018 the government work report put forward to promote the transformation of the old districts and perfect facilities again,let the residents live more comfortable and convenient.Due to the complex situation of old residential districts,and the comprehensive renovation project needs to take the construction with the residents in the buildings,the requirements for the organization and management are highly demand.The comprehensive renovation project of the old residential districts of China Railway has a large scale and it is representative.During the implementation of the project,a lot of experience of organization and management has been accumulated.Summarizing and analyzing these practical experiences,optimizing organization and management methods is beneficial to improve the ability of organization and management,and provide reference for similar projects in comprehensive renovation of old districts.
