Abstract: In order to study the path of development of Higher Vocational Colleges under the new normal situation,this paper analyzes the new challenges such as accelerating the construction of modern occupation education,deepening the reform of the enrollment system strengthening ideological and theoretical education and value guidance and making modern new media become the student "field".The result shows that in the face of challenge,only to regard improving the quality of personnel training as a cornerstone of school connotation construction, "classified cultivation,stratified teaching" as the key points in the education teaching reform,improve the student’s professional quality with the socialist core values of self-restraint and firmly occupy the network media position,will we turn challenges into opportunities and run the higher vocational education that can satisfy people.
