Abstract: Modern apprenticeship in China has the feature of dual role as students and apprentices.During the process of dual role,there is a big difference between school and enterprise demands,and also there is a high risk of enterprise investment.Besides,the school recruitment system is imperfect.This paper analyzes the methods of the realization of dual role as students and apprentices and puts forward some suggestions and measures on how to build a safeguarding system,promote the fusion of the dual role and set up a system to solve the problem of recruiting students and workers.
