Abstract: In order to adapt to the transformation of construction industry and to promote the technology of enterprises,Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Architecture Technology launches the major of construction engineering technology as the pilot major of modern apprenticeship in 2015.With the help of masters from the enterprises,the modern apprenticeship train 40 individuals major in precast concrete building,who fill the urgent need of the enterprise,the result of which shows modern apprenticeship is an effective way to train high-skilled individuals in construction industry.
